The E-mudo Hasu Maru Katana, also called Kogarasu Maru, or Little Crow, is one of the most unique lines of Japanese swords available. In design, the Hasu Maru Katana is forged with 1095 high carbon steel, similar to the E-mudo Hasu Katana but having slightly shorter blade and tsuka. The Hasu Maru Katana, however, is forged as double edged sword with Kissaki Moro ha Zukuri design. One side of the blade features a normal tachi fashion edge, but unlike a normal tachi, the edge continues from the tip of the blade on to the back side up to the mid-point of the blade. With the high quality hand polish finish of the edge, it makes a stunning display of double edge gunome hamon and fascinating hada. The tsuka of Haru Maru Katana features skillfully crafted koshirae with ray skin wrapped with tightly-woven silk and comes with Hasu motif tsuba.
